Attaining bookkeeping services begins with a Discovery Call, during which we will discuss your current bookkeeping processes, identify any pain points you have, and brainstorm solutions. If you are interested in obtaining a pricing estimate, I will then request some information from you. This information includes viewing access to your accounts and financial statements. Upon receiving the necessary information, I will review your books, which I will use to develop a Success Plan tailored to your needs along with an exact price quote.

How much will it cost? That is the biggest worry most of us have about anything. At YouFirst Ledger Services, LLC, there is absolute transparency in what the cost entails.

Exact pricing depends on several variables, including but not limited to, the number of checking and credit card accounts, the volume of monthly transactions, number of loans, and other complexities associated with your books. There may be additional costs for technology (i.e. a Quickbooks Online subscription). Pricing for clean-up and catch-up projects depends on the number of months needing attention as well as the factors listed above. The lowest possible cost for a clean-up/catch-up project is $600. The lowest possible cost for monthly bookkeeping services is $400 per month.

To eliminate your worry, you will receive a quote of the exact cost before ever entering into an agreement. This quote will be included in the Success Plan that will be submitted to you following our Discovery Call.

Initial Investment, which encompasses setup, clean-up/catch-up, is due up-front.

Monthly services are due on the 1st of the month and are automatically charged via credit card or drafted via ACH.

Please note that all bookkeeping work is performed from my home office and is done exclusively with Quickbooks Online.

  • Monthly consultation to review your reports and discuss the findings.
